After you have connected the device of choice with the AyeAye®, you can switch it on or off via the app. Simple as that.
Use case 1: Sailing solo
With the AyeAye® app, you can switch on the navigation lights no matter where you are on board. You don’t have to go below deck, which is especially handy when sailing alone.
Use case 2: Forgot to switch off something?
All you control freaks out there, we feel for you. Never again let a light you forgot to turn off ruin your peace of mind. A quick glance at the AyeAye® app, a quick press of the finger and everything is taken care of.
Future: Advanced automation and control
The idea of the smart boat is something we definitely work towards. This could mean that all lights are automatically switched off when the AyeAye® notices that you are leaving the boat. Or the fans are switched on just before you re-enter the boat after a long hike. Pre-programmed automated scenarios can be used according to your wishes or created from scratch according to your needs. Theoretically, this feature is already possible, but it will probably not be available in the first version of our app just yet.
