While official buyable charts are supported on the Android operating system in c~Soul and c~Sight, the app utilises popular open sea maps, with OpenStreetMap and satellite view as additional layers. Each type of chart has its own advantages and disadvantages. The focus is not on creating proprietary charts, but rather on ensuring that the hardware and software are compatible with the charts users prefer.
