Fully funded on Indiegogo and more exciting news

We’re thrilled to share some shipshape developments from the AyeAye headquarters. With your generous support on Indiegogo, we’ve been making waves in the maritime tech world. Here’s what’s been happening:

Indiegogo Success - Sailing Past Our Goals

With fair winds and full sails, we’ve not only reached but exceeded our crowdfunding goals on Indiegogo! This remarkable achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the trust and contributions of our valued first customers that we welcome on the AyeAye journey. After an inspiring participation at the HISWA Boat Show this year with overwhelming interest from the boating community, we have already visited numerous interested customers and early backers on their boats. The first wave of System 1 installations will begin this winter.

Technical Facilities Progress

We’ve also got some buoyant news on the technical front. Our pride and joy, the pick and place machine, has arrived at our headquarters to soon work tirelessly to automatically place all those tiny modules on the PCB. This not only increases our production speed and precision but also reduces our research and development time, allowing us to navigate through the upcoming production process more efficiently. We keep the rudder in our own hands every step of the way.

System 1 installation prep and production

To prepare for smooth installations of our first Systems, we’ve been visiting motor yachts and sailboats alike. This way, we’ll be fully prepared to weather any upcoming installation challenges and advise our customers the best way possible to be able to go the extra sea mile for them. Our internal electronics for System 1 are shipshape, the PCB for production is nearing completion, and we’re configuring the autopilot and digital switching. In addition, we’re working on the internal wiring to ensure everything is waterproof and as resilient as an old sea dog.

App Development

At the HISWA Boat Show, we unveiled the first version of our free app. We’re hard at work polishing its design and ensuring it’s seaworthy for release on different app stores. If you’ve signed up for updates on the free app, stay tuned, as we’ll have more exciting news coming your way. If you have any questions, don’t be shy to signal us. We’re all ears!

We’re deeply grateful for your support, and we promise to keep the wind in our sails as we continue our maritime tech adventure. Stay tuned for more updates and join us on this exciting voyage. Thanks for being part of our crew!
